Wedding Venues

When considering your venue be sure to check out the surroundings.

Good wedding venues where you can take full advantage of them should be

high on your wedding plan. Natural light makes your photographs stand

out more, so find a venue with a garden.

Old Chapel, Cresent Road, Dukinfield.

If you have the pleasure of getting married there, you can get

some great shots around the alter.

However the gardens at Old Chapel are limited if any, so using a local park like Dukinfield Park for

outside shots would be a better solution. The steps at the bottom of the park are a very popular area.

Ryecroft Hall, Manchester Road, Ashton Under Lyne.

A great venue for your reception located just outside Ashton under lyne town centre, the gardens are very well maintained.

As well as the gardens you have trails, tree's, shrubs and a lot more green and colour to bring out your photograph's.

You don't need to have your reception there, just put it on your list of venues to visit on your way to the reception.

Dukinfield Park, Dukinfield.

About 100 metres from the Dukinfield registrars office, you will find a popular location which as recently had it's lower steps reconstructed.
Now making it a clean and now more popular location for taking photographs for your wedding.
Especially if you're getting married or holding your reception at the Town Hall.

Dukinfield is one of the town's in the heart of Tameside Borough just south of Manchester City Centre.

Tameside is made up of several other towns also consisting of Ashton under lyne, Hyde, Stalybridge, Denton, Droylsden.

Bredbury Hall, Bredbury

A great venue just 5 minutes from M60, junction 27 around 2 miles away from

Stockport town centre and is a very popular wedding venue, due to it's attractive grounds and buildings.

As well as the fantastic surrounds, an onsite club which is open

Friday and Saturday nights, other nights with prior notice.

The Club is attached to the Hotel via a tunnel which takes you through to the 16th Century Barn, where you will find 6 bars and an extensive dance floor.

The Village - Manchester

The Village in Ashton under lyne, is a fantastic place to hold your wedding.
All the necessary services are all in one place.
But to date they don't have any gardens, or pretty much any where to take photographs.
So for photographers it's not the venue of choice. All the grounds around the
venue are just carparks, no greenery what so ever.
The closest venue to take photographs is Rye Croft Hall, next to the Snipe Retail Site.
So if you use the Village as a venue, please be aware of the restrictions of
what can be achieve by the photographer.
